Location
6351 Mission Street, Daly City, CA 94014
The Daly City History Guild Museum & Archive is located on the east side of Mission Street, a few doors north of the intersection of John Daly Boulevard and Mission Street at the Top-of-the-Hill, Daly City.
Hours
The Museum is open only on the first four Saturdays of the month from noon to 3 p.m. Closed on all legal holidays. The museum is staffed by volunteers, and occasionally we regret the museum may not be open due to circumstances beyond our control.
Please call the museum during open hours (650) 757-7177 to make sure we are open.
Admission to the museum is free. Contributions deposited in our donation box are appreciated.
Public Transportation
The museum is close to public transportation. The SF Muni bus turnaround is less than a block north, the Daly City BART station is five short blocks west on John Daly Boulevard, and SamTrans buses run along Mission Street on their way to the BART station.
Parking
Metered parking is in limited supply in close proximity to the museum, but across Mission Street there is a metered public parking lot on the south side of Bepler Street. South of the Museum you can drive a short distance past metered parking on Hillside Boulevard to find free street parking on Hillside and along Brunswick Street.
Tours
By special arrangement, we can offer group tours during regular hours and at other times. If you would like to bring a school group, please give the Museum Director a minimum of two weeks advance notice.
The Museum Gift Shop
The museum gift shop offers a selection of books on local history and other interesting gift items.
